The cockpit Master Control Panel is wider than the CNC router table, so it must be milled in 2 steps.
After the holes in the first half have been milled the panel must be moved accurately along the y-axis so that the other half can be processed.
To make this easier I created 4 guides of 40 x 20 mm aluminum corner profile in which I milled three 5 x 25 mm slots.
Two slots can be used to fix the guide to the table, the other slot contains the bolt for the workpiece clamp.
The corner profile is 2 mm higher than the 18 mm MDF spoiler board so without workpiece the end mill can be run against the profile for edge finding.
